Camp Curtin YMCA January 2010 ResultsOn Saturday, January 23, 2010, the Camp Curtin Branch YMCA hosted a Student and Open Section, Free Chess Tournament. The Sponsors that made this event possible are Odell Greene, Calvin Brown, Brian Sheinfeld (Tournament Director), Crown Trophy in Camp Hill, and Jack Clauser’s Save 2 Agency.

New Club Hours
Due to the Camp Hill Giant Community Center closing an hour earlier starting this year, our new hours are 6PM – 9PM. We will be meeting at the Community Center every Thursday for the rest of the club year.

White Rose Results
The White Rose Open was the final Sam Lamonto tournament to be held in 2009. Coffee, tea, and donuts were provided in the morning and lunch was served by the York Area Home School Association. Winter Hex RegistrationThursday January 7th, 2010 we will be accepting advanced registration for the Winter Hex tournament. This will be a G/30 Round Robin and the first round is on Thursday January 14th. The entry fee is $15.
